A credit is the unit we use to measure generation. One 5-second 720p video costs 5 credits, one AI image costs 2 credits, and a 4K upscale costs 4 credits. Credits reset on your billing date each month, so a 1,000-credit Pro plan is a fresh 1,000 credits every month.

No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you run out mid-cycle you can buy an add-on credit pack on Pro and Studio, and those add-on credits stay valid for 12 months.

Yes. The Free plan gives you 30 credits every month with no credit card required. Outputs are watermark-free and cleared for commercial use, so you can publish what you make.

Yes, on every plan including Free. You own the clips you generate and can use them in client work, ads and social posts. You are responsible for ensuring the source images and prompts you upload do not infringe someone else’s rights.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account at any time. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your remaining credits until then.

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude VAT or local sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it. Refunds are not available for renewals or for credits that have already been spent.

Studio covers most teams with 4,000 credits, 6 parallel tasks and API access. If you need shared seats, custom credit volumes or invoicing, contact us and we will put together a custom plan.
